Questions you're probably wondering about

What exactly counts as an "order-blocking" bug?

If any product on any device (desktop, mobile) cannot be ordered. For example: the product page doesn’t load, items can’t be added to the cart, or checkout can’t be completed. Purely cosmetic bugs, issues in parts of the site that don’t affect order completion, or problems demonstrably caused by a third-party provider are not covered.

Three ways:

  1. We notify you of the problem and that we couldn’t resolve it in time.
  2. You report the problem to us and don’t receive a resolution within one hour.
  3. After the fact, if the error log clearly shows such a problem persisted for at least 3 hours. The monthly fee waiver is automatic in all three cases.

The guarantee takes effect one month after operations begin. We need that time to get sufficiently acquainted with your system.

Most of our clients had a developer before they came to us. The problem is usually that the developer develops, but nobody is continuously watching the live system. We don’t replace your developer — we complement them. We’re the team that notices something broke after an update before the first customer runs into it. These are two entirely different areas of responsibility.

We primarily work with WooCommerce-based webshops, but our monitoring, speed optimization, and testing approach can be applied to other platforms as well.
