Watchman tests your webshop every day: does ordering work, is the site fast, is the design intact. If something breaks, you’re the first to know: what the problem is and why — not from your customer, and not from lost orders.

Tuesday afternoon. Someone on the team happens to notice: checkout fails on mobile if the customer uses a coupon. The shop didn’t stop — some orders went through just fine. Just not all of them.
And the question comes up:
Nobody can answer that. Nobody noticed. Order numbers didn’t drop dramatically — there were just a few weaker days that everyone shrugged off. A week? Two? And the question that will never be answered: how many customers did we lose that we don’t even know about?
This silent error is the most expensive. Not the one that stops the shop — you’d notice that within an hour. But the one that causes customers to slowly leak away: purchasing works, just not for everyone, not on every device, not in every case. Revenue doesn’t drop to zero, it just slowly drains away — and in daily fluctuations, this is invisible.
A person can’t catch this because they have nothing to compare it to. But Watchman walks the same path every day — and alerts you the day a step breaks. Not two weeks later.
1. We build tests tailored to your webshop.
Not a generic “ping” service. We walk through your shop’s critical paths — product page, cart, payment — and write automated tests specifically for these.
2. We run them every day.
Each morning, Watchman goes through your webshop as if a customer were placing an order. It measures speed and monitors whether anything has broken on the interface.
3. You receive the report — and if there’s a problem, the diagnosis.
If Watchman finds an error, we immediately send a detailed report: what broke, at which step, and when — for example: “checkout stalls at the payment step, last night”. If everything is fine, you see a brief weekly summary showing that Watchman went through your shop every day.

Can customers place orders? — The most important. We test the entire purchase path every day. If it stalls anywhere, you’re the first to know, not your customer.
Is the site fast? — We continuously measure loading speed and Core Web Vitals values. If it starts slowing down, we alert you before it affects customers and Google.
Is the design intact? — We monitor significant layout shifts that can appear unnoticed after an update.
Watchman places a test order every day in your webshop — using the browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Safari) and view (desktop or mobile) you choose — exactly as a customer would.

at each step separately, so you can see if the site is starting to slow down before customers notice.
In case of an error, it immediately sends a detailed report — what broke, at which step, when. You also receive a weekly summary of successful tests.

Almost every new client starts the same way: “it’s working somehow, let’s not touch it.” I understand that feeling. But I also know what’s always behind it: there hasn’t been anyone they could trust with the system, someone they could call without worry. That’s the role I fill.
Due to the complexity of our webshop, it's especially important that after every update we can be sure the ordering process works flawlessly. Gábor's testing solution gives us that security: it automatically checks the critical purchasing paths, so we learn about problems before they affect our customers. It's reassuring to know there's an extra safety net in the background.
We worked with several developers before our webshop came to Gábor's team. We had almost given up hope that our site, with over 1000 products, would ever achieve adequate speed. Thanks to them, the webshop is now perfectly fast on both desktop and mobile, which is reflected in the number of purchases, user time spent on the website, and Google rankings.
We engaged Gábor as a consultant to optimize the loading speed of our insurance partner's websites and assist our team. We collaborated excellently with him; he accurately identified the causes of performance issues and clearly communicated his proposed solutions to our team.
No. An uptime monitor checks whether the site is accessible. Watchman checks whether someone can actually make a purchase — it goes through the product page, cart, and payment like a real customer. A webshop can be perfectly “accessible” while checkout has been silently broken since an update, and not a single order goes through. That’s exactly what Watchman catches.
Because we don’t work with generic templates. During setup, we walk through your shop’s specific purchase paths and write tests specifically for these. That’s why there’s a short setup phase before it goes live.
Watchman’s job is to let you know in time — we tell you what broke, when, and what caused it, so you (or your developer) can act quickly. Watchman itself doesn’t perform the fix; that’s what our full service is for. Watchman exists so you never find out about a problem from a lost order.
Watchman’s monthly fee is 20,000 HUF + VAT. For this you get one complete daily test order in your chosen browser and view, with design monitoring, response time measurement, and error reporting. If you need more — more product pages, more browsers, custom purchasing paths, or more frequent testing — write to us and we’ll give you a personalized quote.
Watchman doesn’t touch your webshop’s code or database — from the outside, through a real browser, it does exactly what a customer does: views a product, adds it to cart, and goes through checkout. Test orders are clearly marked so you can distinguish them from real orders and they don’t interfere with administration.
Yes — that’s why the service is subscription-based. If you make significant changes to your webshop, we adjust the tests so they continue to monitor what truly matters. A test that doesn’t reflect the real site does more harm than good — we won’t let that happen.
No, if you wish, test orders are automatically cancelled after the test runs: for WooCommerce via a plugin we install, for UNAS and Shoprenter via the webshop API they’re moved to cancelled status. This way they don’t count in your order statistics, don’t appear in exports, and inventory is restored. During setup we also make sure your invoicing or warehouse integration doesn’t process them. (For UNAS, API access depends on your UNAS package — we’ll discuss this during setup.)
No commitment period: the service can be cancelled anytime at the end of the current month. Plus, we offer a money-back guarantee for the first 30 days — if you’re not satisfied, you get a full refund of all fees paid so far, no questions asked.
Yes — but we won’t flood you with daily emails. If there’s an error, we send a detailed report immediately. If everything is fine, you receive a brief summary weekly of the tests run and response times measured. This way our emails never become background noise: when Watchman writes, it matters.
